Welcome to Singular Styles. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of singularstyles.com ("the Site") and all purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, all of which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is owned and operated by Singular Matrix Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
We may suspend or close your account, refuse an order, or cancel a transaction if we believe information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or if your conduct violates these Terms.
We aim to make our product listings — including descriptions, images, fabric details, sizing, and pricing — as accurate as possible. However:
All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. The final payable amount is always displayed before you confirm your order.
We do not store any card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers. All payment details are handled directly by our payment gateway and remain strictly confidential.
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we accept the order by sending you an order confirmation email. Until then, we may decline or cancel the order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, the pricing was clearly incorrect, the delivery address is in a non-serviceable pincode, or we suspect fraud.
If we cancel an order after you have paid, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Delivery timelines vary by location:
Free standard shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999. Shipping under ₹999 carries a flat charge of ₹79. COD orders carry a ₹49 handling fee in addition to applicable shipping.

We offer easy 7-day returns on most products, subject to conditions in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Innerwear, jewellery, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of pickup. For prepaid orders, the refund is returned to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
All content on the Site — including the "Singular Styles" name and marks, product designs, photographs, copy, illustrations, video, and code — is owned by or licensed to Singular Matrix Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
By submitting any content to us (reviews, photos, tagged posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our marketing.
When using the Site, you agree not to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singular Matrix Private Limited, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be lawfully excluded — including for fraud, gross negligence, or harm caused by defective products under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, without prejudice to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
