• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• ₹79 flat shipping on prepaid orders below ₹999.
• COD orders attract an additional ₹49 handling fee per order, payable to the delivery agent along with the order amount.
• Where applicable, the charge is calculated at checkout and shown clearly before payment.
• All shipping charges are inclusive of GST.

03   Delivery Timelines

Timelines are indicative and counted from the date of dispatch (not the date you place the order). Delays can occur due to weather, festivals, transport strikes, regional restrictions, or courier-side operational issues. We will keep you updated via email and SMS.

04   Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
• You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as the courier picks up your order.
• Orders with multiple items may, on rare occasion, be split across two shipments — we will inform you in advance.

05   Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it through:

• The Track Order page using your order number and email or phone
• The dispatch email — it contains the courier name, AWB number, and a tracking link
• Direct SMS updates from our courier partner

If tracking is not updating for more than 48 hours, please contact us — sometimes scans are delayed even though the package is moving normally.

06   Serviceability & Pincodes

We deliver to over 27,000 pincodes across India. Serviceability is checked in real time:

• On every product page — enter your pincode to confirm delivery
• At checkout — the address form validates your pincode against the state you select; if there is a mismatch, the order cannot be placed

If your pincode is not currently serviceable, you may write to info@singularstyles.com. In many cases we can arrange delivery through India Post within 10–14 business days.

COD is available on most pincodes but not all. Whether COD is available will be shown at checkout for your specific pincode.

07   Address & Delivery Issues

• Incorrect address. Please double-check your shipping address before payment. We cannot redirect packages once dispatched.
• Failed delivery attempts. Our courier partners typically make 2–3 attempts. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to us and a refund (less shipping for prepaid; only product cost for COD where pickup is refused) is processed.
• Refused COD packages. Refusing or returning a COD package without genuine reason results in a ₹100 handling charge being deducted from future store credit and may affect future COD eligibility on your account.
• Lost in transit. If a package is declared lost by the courier, we send a replacement at no cost (subject to stock) or issue a full refund.
