Refund & Cancellation

We want you to love every Singular Styles piece you buy. If something does not work out, our return and refund process is straightforward — written in plain English, with clear timelines, and operated from our own team.

02   Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched — typically within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, email info@singularstyles.com with your order number, or call us on +91 9618901095.

  • If your order has not been packed, we cancel instantly and refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Once your order has been picked up by the courier, it cannot be cancelled — please use our 7-day return process instead.
  • The COD handling fee (₹49) is non-refundable on cancelled COD orders that have already been dispatched.

03   Returns & Exchange

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Free of stains, marks, or signs of use

For exchanges, we offer one free size or colour exchange per item, subject to stock. If the exchange is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Returns are picked up free of charge from serviceable pincodes. From non-serviceable pincodes, you may self-ship the item — we will reimburse the shipping cost up to ₹100 against a receipt.

04   Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, due to hygiene, customisation, or other reasons:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and any intimate apparel
  • Jewellery, accessories marked "Final Sale"
  • Items purchased during clearance or "Final Sale" promotions (when clearly marked)
  • Customised or altered orders
  • Items returned without original tags, packaging, or in worn condition

The "Final Sale" tag is clearly displayed on the product page and again at checkout. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

05   How To Initiate A Return

  1. Email us at info@singularstyles.com with your order number and the reason for return, within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Get confirmation from our team — we acknowledge return requests within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and pack-slip intact.
  4. Pickup scheduled — our courier will collect the item within 2–4 business days.
  5. Quality check at our warehouse takes 1–2 business days. Once approved, your refund is initiated.

Note on COD refunds. For COD orders, we will request your UPI ID or bank details at the time of return approval. The ₹49 COD handling fee is non-refundable. Shipping charges, where applicable, are refundable only if the return is due to a fault on our side.

07   Damaged Or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We require:

  • Photos of the item, packaging, and any damage
  • Order number
  • Brief description of the issue

In such cases, we either:

  • Send a replacement (shipped within 3 business days, subject to stock), or
  • Process a full refund (including shipping) within 5–7 business days

The choice is yours. We bear all costs of return shipping for damaged or wrong items.
