This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you visit singularstyles.com, place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise interact with us. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

• Logistics partners — couriers like Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, Shadowfax, DTDC for delivering your orders.
• Cloud / hosting providers — Hostinger for website hosting and email infrastructure.
• Analytics providers — Google Analytics 4, configured to anonymise IP and respect opt-out signals.
• Email service providers — for sending transactional and marketing communications.
• Legal & regulatory authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We require all third parties to handle your data lawfully and securely, and to use it only for the purpose for which it was shared.

07   Data Storage & Security

• No storage of card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs — these stay with the payment gateway
• Restricted, role-based access to customer data
• Periodic security reviews and patching

Retention. We retain order data for as long as required for tax, accounting, and consumer-protection purposes (currently eight years under Indian law). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

While we do everything reasonable to protect your data, no online transmission or storage is fully immune to risk. If we ever detect a breach affecting you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India per the DPDP Act.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data when no longer needed
• Right to withdraw consent — for any processing based on your consent
• Right to grievance — raise concerns with our Grievance Officer (see Section 11)
• Right to nominate — appoint another person to act for you in case of incapacity

09   Children's Privacy

Our website and products are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
