Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered in 3 to 7 business days. Metros — 3 to 5 days; Tier-2/3 cities — 5 to 7 days; remote pincodes — 7 to 10 days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays go out the next working day.

How do I track my order?

Use our Track Order page with your order number and email/phone — that's the fastest way. We also send a dispatch email with the courier name, AWB number, and a tracking link.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Only before the order is dispatched. Email us at info@singularstyles.com with your order number — if the package hasn't moved yet, we will update the address.

Do you deliver to my pincode?

We deliver to over 27,000 pincodes across India. You can check serviceability on every product page or at checkout. If your pincode isn't covered, write to us — we can often arrange India Post delivery within 10–14 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within India only. International shipping is planned for late 2026.

Fit & Sizing

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a size chart with body measurements in centimetres. If you're between two sizes or unsure, email us with your bust/waist/hip measurements (or chest measurement for menswear) and we'll recommend the right size.

Do your clothes run small, true to size, or large?

Most of our pieces are designed with a relaxed, considered fit — true to our size chart. Specific fit notes (oversized, slim, regular) are mentioned on each product page under the "Sizing" tab.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — one free size exchange per item, within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock. If the size you want is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead. Details in our Refund Policy.

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI through all major apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and any UPI-enabled app), and Cash on Delivery (COD) at most pincodes.

Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery?

Yes — a flat ₹49 handling fee per COD order, payable to the delivery agent along with the order amount. This fee is non-refundable.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We do not store any card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs on our servers. All payments go directly through our PCI-compliant payment gateway. The site is fully HTTPS encrypted.

My payment was deducted but order didn't confirm. What now?

This is usually a brief delay while the gateway confirms the transaction. Most resolve themselves within 5 minutes. If your order is still showing "Awaiting Payment" after 30 minutes, email us with your order number and we'll resolve it the same day. If the amount was deducted but the order wasn't created on our side, the bank auto-refunds in 5–7 business days.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

7-day returns from the date of delivery, on items that are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging. Innerwear, jewellery, and items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

How do I initiate a return?

Email info@singularstyles.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll acknowledge within 24 hours and schedule a free pickup within 2–4 business days.

When will I get my refund?

Within 5–7 business days from the date of pickup, after a quick quality check at our warehouse. UPI refunds usually land in 24–48 hours; bank/card refunds may take up to 10 business days due to bank processing.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do?

Report it within 48 hours of delivery — email info@singularstyles.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll either send a replacement or a full refund, your choice. We cover all return shipping costs.

Product & Care

What materials do you use?

Mid-weight cottons, breathable linens, washed-soft blends. Every product page lists the fabric composition. We don't use any animal-derived fur or leather.

How should I care for my Singular Styles pieces?

Care instructions are on every product page under the "Care" tab and on the inside label. Most pieces are machine-washable in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach, tumble-dry low, iron inside out.

Is the colour I see online accurate?

We photograph in natural light and edit minimally. Even so, colours may appear slightly different on different screens. If colour is critical for you, email us and we can send a fabric photo.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — we offer guest checkout. You only need to enter your shipping and contact details. Your order history is accessible through the email link in your confirmation message.

How is my personal data used?

Only for fulfilling your orders, transactional communication, and (if you opt in) occasional newsletters. We do not sell your data. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Yes — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email us to be removed.

How do I file a grievance?

Write to our Grievance Officer, Muthumula Jagadeesh Kumar Reddy, at grievance@singularstyles.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days. See Grievance Redressal.
